How much do the forks weigh? And how much "balls" do you need to have to completely waste someone's time asking them about the weight?

Absolutely it's full of timewasters, like the ones that get you to spend time carefully opening packaging to weigh things when they have no intention of bidding and then go to boast about it on a public forum.
or use the handle of a screw driver and tap in with a hammer carefully - free

yeah that either, a bit more expensive and heavier though, star nuts a few quid plus this tool £5 , hope want £14-15 :0)
i asked my regular bike shop and he said, either, no real advantage disadvantge with either, although he prefered starnut (oldskool )
Does anyone know what the tool is called that is used as a special spanner to undo a bottom bracket?
Silly question, what is this used for?

setting a star nut..

the star nut needs hammering into the fork steerer with which to screw a top cap into the steerer at the handlebar stem.
i cut a fork down at the weekend and had to install the star nut, i already had a hacksaw so saved myself £20 at the local bike shop to do. this tool perfectly positions the star nut. although a screwdriver and hammer could be used

Depends on the type of bottom bracket. Could be a Hollowtech spanner.

Thanks. I think it might just be called a bottom bracket spanner or possibly "Shimano Isis" spanner. It looks like this:
