Wow! Do people really pay close to £90 for a mouse?

Yes.

I am an avid video gamer and found this to be an excellent price for the best mouse I've ever used.

Similar to those offers on luxury watches I guess, but I'm aware there's quite a decently sized gaming community here who would appreciate this.

People use their phone, computer (so mouse, keyboard, screen, chair), shoes, bed alot every day.. So paying to get quality isn't strange. Not saying you can't get good cheaper stuff but, there's a recent the G502 is one of the highest regarded mice out there.

yep, i used to buy cheap mouse. range from 2.50 - £15 - they break within a few weeks to about a month and half. And i was spending more money buying cheap mouse instead of buying a £50+ mouse. I had my G502 bundled with G910 for £110 almost 3 years ago bundled with keyboard. the keyboard broke last year but i did not need to buy a replacement coz the warranty covered it. imagine if i had to buy a £10 mouse every 6 weeks
M'kaayyy.

Looking at it, that's a lot of orifices to harbour germs and dead skin artifacts from sweaty-handed (is there any other sort) gamers?

The G703 wireless was half this price, i would say a better mouse.

Not voting as unfortunately uses Logitech GHUB
Very good price for an exceptional mouse. Heat.

Tried the similarly shaped G603, but found myself going back to the corded G502 as I preferred the shape as well as the extra 2 buttons.
Regarding GHub, not had much problems with it myself, what's the issues you're having?

Ah fair enough, that would be annoying as hell. Fingers crossed I don't have any issues with my KB and mouse

I haven't had many problems with just the keyboard and mouse so you should be fine.

Why would you have to pay again. It would still be under warranty if it broke every 6 weeks, so you would only have to spend £10 a year. So that's your fault for not taking it back.

I understgand the product perfectly well. My col is diue to the fact you need to use Logitech new and improved GHUB that is worse than LGS. Even though LGS works fine for every G502 wired version perfectly fine.

GHUB is a typcial PRETTY PRETTY PRETTY huge bloody images of function and efficency. GHUB lacks features, can't do things, takes more input to do simple things, 2 screens to assign keys when LGS does it nicely on a single screen. Oversized pixelated icons. Oh and for an RGB device with 16+million possible colours why the hell is it restricted to RED for the low battary warning. Thats my default colour for most things. So much for customisation. I either switch my main colour scheme (some devices are red only) or never get a low battaery warning/none that I can see anyway.

Soooooooo many buttons but no right click menu. Meaning you need to click, move cursor, click....another screen....move cursor click and click to do some basic stuff. How can software for a mouse with this many buttons not utilise the common right button fgs?

What happened to the 'Default' function. Using GHUB I can't even use it on my WIRED G502.

If you upgrade from the wired G502 don't expect to beable to import your profiles....you can but they won't work on this lightspeed version.......not like it has different buttons or anything.

Had more complaints about GHUB but you get the idea. I returned the Lightspeed I purchased last year within 7 days and as Logitech have no intention of making it work with LGS I won't be upgrading to it. Sticking to my trusted Wired G502.....actually purchased a second for just over £30 for my work system.

Anyone considering this Install GHUB and try it. LGS won't work while GHUB is installed but all your settings will remain. Just uninstall GHUB once your done and LGS will work as normal.
Used the g700s for years and loved it but craved an optical sensor so bought a Roccat Leadr which despite it's quirks is amazing imho. I chose it over this (preorder at the time) in case that helps anyone

Goodluck on claiming warranty on those products. I used to take them back, but after a few times i just took refund, its not worth it coming back and forth. Those that were bought online will need to be posted back then wait for replacement., unless its amazon or like it, even ones bought from shops will still cost me transport money and need proof of purchase.
God damn it, I forgot to set an alert for this mouse and missed out on the deal!
Oh well , thanks for sharing!

A tad annoyed at myself as I'd been looking to get one since I tried it (and really liked it) at insomnia earlier this year!
I've been searching it on HUKD every week or so, just never had put an alert on lol
