Had 2 bad experiences with back market, I wouldn't recommend, returned and they accused me of breaking the phone, I posted it in less then an hour of receiving it, but they still refused to help, on another experience the phone I had kept dropping calls and screen wouldn't disable when on calls and I kept pressing the buttons when on calls.

If bought from 4gadgets on back market, surely the cover is from 4gadgets and not back market right ?

If going via CeX, don't choose grade C, trust me, but you are more than welcome to pay up to £225 more for that extra years warranty

My boy just bought a phone off Back market . iPhone 14 with 512gb , they sent out one with 256gb . Total pain after the phone has been setup and everything transferred to then find out it's the wrong phone. Really needed it too for going on holiday next week for the extra storage.
Never used back market before but don't appear to be on the ball ...so be mindful you get what you have paid for.

Thanks for the heads up. I've only ever heard positive reviews for Back Market until I read this thread. Can you recommend any great companies for refurbished phones?

Nahhh this can't be happening, paid the dane for a 256gb S23U last week. I was looking on here for 3 weeks for a deal before I bit as there were none. Now every post is a deal about an S23U

Technically this signals for a price drop in s24 Ultra which would then push s23 ultra down even further.

£600 is a steal but like with any of these refurbished resellers, getting a phone in decent nick is a lottery

I had very good (like new)phones bought from Giffgaff...i bought 3 phones from them(like new) and all 3 were like new indeed...no scratches what so ever and even one had the plastic wrapping still on

I got lucky with Giffgaff last month, ordered 'good' and got something that was almost prestine. It had one short, shallow mark on the screen which has completely disappeared with a plastic screen cover.

I tried again yesterday - it's going back...

Mine has arrived - has a mark around 4mm on the screen, besides this is in excellent condition - worth keeping? £494 for 512gb....
