Ordering on Amazon doesn't make someone lazy or "can't be bothered". Elderly people or those with disabilities that would make it harder for them to go out would consider it useful, and even if that wasn't a reason for ordering I still wouldn't call someone lazy for ordering from Amazon.

Because it tastes better. It's only a little bit of salt, it's not really to make it salty, just to bring out the caramel flavour.
