Aren't eglobal a bit iffy as a company?

Generally not liked on HUKD, probably cos of a perception of warranty / return difficulties, although there is option for ample UK support if paying by credit card for an item costing more than £100. Positives would be: legitimate company based in HK; surprisingly quick delivery for a far east supplier; import VAT covered by EGC; UK returns or the UK-enforceable S75 protection subject to qualification criteria; often very competitive pricing.

Suggest familiarise yourself with the referenced UK legislation known as "section 75 of the consumer credit act 1974 " where a brief summary would be: once the merchant is paid, the buyer need not have any further dealings with the merchant as the merchant is effectively the UK-based UK credit provider who is then responsible for purchase fulfillment and all the merchant warranty obligations.
