I know the “claimed original price for this is over inflated but I bought one of these last year for £169 and saw the shots fall off my rounds within months. Great tool for analysing and learning where you are dropping shots, what clubs are hurting you and what yardage’s are costing you most! Good deal for someone who is in the market for one.

Seen this many times on Amazon. Never ever seen it at 249. Cheapish at £89
i am tempted, how easy is it to use? have you had any problems with the quality of the parts?
I found it actually harmed my game. It does what it says it does up to a point which is show where you swing is going wrong but then without the help of a pro to show you how to correct those errors then trying to make the adjustments yourself can make things worse.

The other thing I did find is that is not always accurate. Was using at the practice are and its reporting of where each ball went was wildly off on a number of occasions.

Quality is excellent. I’ve had mine over a year now and seen shots drop off my game. I have always been happy with my swing and strike but found my club selection and yardage’s were killing me. It was great to help identify the distances I was getting wrong and which clubs were harming me in my approaches to greens. I initially found myself sitting for hours viewing the rounds and comparing to previous rounds to help me plan my route around my course in future!

Very easy to use. Just charge it before the round, clip to belt or stick in your pocket. I worked the tagging of clubs into my shot routine and found it helped me to keep a consistent routine for each shot.

It won’t be everybody’s cup of tea and if it’s strike and swing you are struggling with it will not help you with those things, however if your course management and club selection is a weakness, there is nothing much better on the market to assist you. I also find the app being “live” with you on the course to be a great way of getting yardage’s to front middle and back. Ant say I’ve had any reliability or accuracy issues at all. I’ve found it really accurate at all the courses I’ve played.

One final question before I pull the trigger - how does it know you have done practice swings or do you only swipe the club on the unit before you take your real shot?

You tag each shot once. It doesn’t measure any swing at all. It measures your position on gps when you tag the club so before each shot, tag once and it will log the club you tagged and the position on gps. You take your shot and then approach the ball for your next shot. When you reach the ball, tag the club you will use for your next shot and it will have logged the start and end position of your last shot, the yardage of the last shot and plotted it on the course map.

Hope that makes sense.

Thanks, ordered one. Hopefully help get me back to where I was a few years ago
