Game On explores the highs and lows of three twenty somethings sharing a flat in London in the 'nervous nineties'.
All 18 episodes from Series One, Two and Three.

Join Matthew (the agoraphobic, self-obsessed, macho man), Martin (the wimpish, sex-starved underdog) and Mandy (the gorgeous blonde, who always seems to end up with the wrong men) in this outrageously funny flat-share comedy that is anything but politically correct.

On the contrary, I actually preferred Neil Stuke in the role. I thought he nailed it.

Exactly...the 2nd series with Martin and Claire and Matt and Jason is hilarious.

Oh hot from me flump. Great series.

I remember this being really funny, and really fancying Samantha Janus in it.

But Sunday mornin' is only for the blessed
And the grace keeps flowing just as long as we can stay undressed

So 90s. Samantha Janus was well fit in this.

Tea Martin!!!!!!

Never, he made Matt look like a total muppet, he never looked good in the part, in the end I could not watch it as he was just far too embarrassing.
Chaplin portayed Matt as being cool, where as Stuke made him look common, made him more like Billy Mitchell !

The funniest episode ever is when Matt joins a Band playing in the Flat above and does his first gig in the local pub. Hilarious. Ben Chaplin make series one gold plated comedy.

Chaplin was brilliant as Matthew, Stuke was absolutely awful, playing the character totally wrong in relation to what went before... ...the net effect of this is that series 1 & 2 were comedy gold and well worth getting for repeat viewings, series 3 should be viewed as a kind of 'Game on' coaster that comes free with series 1 & 2!!

...so, get series 1 & 2 from HMV 'cos Game on really finished there!

totally agree i missed 1st series so seen second 1 first when i watch 1st series wasnt anywhere as good

Stuke was awful - Chaplin excellent, how could stuke intimidate/take the p*ss out of Martin (which was a big factor in series 1) when he is actually bigger than him - i think they got the casting all wrong with Stuke unless they wanted to take the character in a different direction - which if they did is/was stupid

I agree, It`s a shame 1st dude didn`t do the 3rd series, but I though the second guy was spot on.

Haven't voted on this but as far as the series' goes they were amongst the worst things that I've ever watched. Not seen any TV since then as I gouged my eyes out as it was so bad...

Couldn't have put it better myself. Have some rep for that pal. Chaplin was uber cool.... Stuke a wimp and totally mis-cast.

Chaplin went on to become a Hollywood movie star, whereas Stuke is playing in the West End I think after some dodgy tv roles in The Bill and A Touch of Frost! :whistling:

Episode 5 - Big Wednesday

Stay cool and wax your board!
