Plus however much a windows licence is.
I'm not one of these hotdeals snobs but that's quite a low spec pc.
Don't think it will out live it's 3 year warranty gaming wise.
The CPU is about £45 and you can get ram for £50, £50 board, £60 case, £20 SSD, cheapish £50 psu and the card is £120.
£499 seems a bit steep for something thats the absolute minimum you need for games and even then it's going to struggle today.

£3 maybe once, or maybe once a year. Or free of you just use an old Windows 7 CoA/license.

Oh, or just run it without a key if you feel like it. MS are happy to collect all your data either way!

Last time I looked at windows licences, admittedly about a decade ago, they were about 100 lol

MS stopped caring after Windows 8 about home users, your telemetry data is worth more over time then them chasing you for a license fee. Shame the Beeb can't take this approach.
I've been using the free version for two years nearly.
The watermark doesn't bother me enough to pay up.

I agree it's a light gaming PC, and the 3 year warranty will prob sway people if that's is what your after and you don't want to build yourself.

I think it's absolute minimum though.
If it had a 580 or something it would be better.
It's going to stutter and struggle to hit 60fps.
I can live with the 1200 but not paired with that card.
It's £500 for something that's going to struggle.
I'm sure you can get better pre builds for not a lot more that will last a whole lot longer

Hotdeals snobs lol
Yeah a deals website for poor folks who want to save money and you still get the snobs in the hoose lol
Funny though
I only come for the comments!

Some just poo poo stuff for the sake of it.
I would hate for someone who's on a budget to buy something that isn't really up to it.
And a 1200 with a 1050ti isn't really.

Why isn’t a NVME not needed? Don’t you understand the performance increase lol. I wouldn’t build a computer without one any more

What is your lowest price you can go

It was on front page, but looks to have been removed,.... but the code still works, just tried it.
Rip off inn my opinion.

For less money you can get a system with a better gpu (1060) and a better CPU (2300x) but with a little less storage space for £460 awd-it.co.uk/awd…tml (swap from 8gb ram to 16gb ram to get this price.

Or for the same price get a 580 8gb gpu awd-it.co.uk/awd…tml

Or for a extra £20 get a 2600 cpu and a 580 8gb GPU with 16gb RAM awd-it.co.uk/awd…tml

You know what I thought the same thing as of 2 weeks ago. A friend of mine built a budget system using a b450 motherboard and a 1200 cpu and paired with a gtx 1060. I can't fault the £50 CPU. He is enjoying the likes of GTA 5, Gears 5, Forza ect at 1080p 60FPS. I can't comment on the 1050ti though.
that deal is SO bad I wonder why is it even hot?

Yeah I have a 1060 with my old quad core.
But it's faster than a 1050ti which I think is a bit too slow.
I have to run low details to stay above 60 in games like Anthem.
A year down the line and you'd be sobbing for an upgrade
The 1200 really isn't bad though but just for £50 extra you could get so much more.
