Picked this up in Store for the amazing price of £1.00 on DVD. Also had many other great offers including Nacho Libre starring Jack Black also £1.00. Worth having a look as they have lots of deals for Fathers day. Proof of purchase if needed.

1 and a half hours you will never ever get back from your life. Don't do it.

I bought the blu-ray for £5...not the best film but found it pretty enjoyable.

I hate to be pedantic here but isnt the film called "Gamer" and not "The Gamer" ?

Correct....anyone looking to buy a film called "The Gamer" (if one exists) is going to be very disappointed at buying and then watching this $hite.

I dont actually think this film is that bad. As a gamer myself ther eis a lot of references to the gaming world that make this quite entertaining.

My favourite part is when a guy gets tea bagged!

As a gamer myself, the film was rubbish....irrespective of the tea-bagging! Very disappointing.

This deal is £11 too expensive!

Yep, pretty horrendous.

I imagine that for the promo interviews Gerrard Butler would be asked "what games do you play" and he would give some non-committal platitude of an answer because he wouldn't know a playstation if one hit him in the face. Same goes for Mark Wahlberg and Timothy Olyphant. They should at least play the game franchises that they are making a shitload out of ruining.
