The Cooler King is the 3-in-one solution to cooling your XBox 360, connecting up to 4 media players at the same time and playing games with high definition sound and picture quality.

1. The internal fan cooling system reduces the operating temperature of the console - helping to prolong gaming sessions.

2. At the same time the Cooler King gives you the option to connect VGA, Component and S-VHS cables for high definition gaming, and optical output for digital surround sound.

The Cooler King is easy to install - just plug into the XBox 360 and go! (Comes supplied with a scart lead for connection to standard definition TV).

I'd warn against using these, as have done Microsoft for the simple fact when plugged into the xbox it drains vital power from the other components and can cause the xbox to die, it also leaves a burn mark on the back of the console which if microsoft see when you send it back to be fixed they'll return it to you as it is.

I would agree with this - if your unit is still under warranty, why take the risk of repairs being refused because of using non-approved hardware? But if your unit is out of warranty, then maybe worth it.

I think this unit draws its power from the single USB port at the back of the xbox.

I actually read somewhere that the cooler king is better, as it does not come between the power supply and the xbox. There is another fan like the cooler king that has a much worse reputation, since the power plugs into the fan, then the fan plugs into the xbox. These are reputed to be much worse and take too much power.

Yeah its the nikyo intercooler that has got the bad rep... as it sits inline on the power.
