I used to have some german 350W one. It want's bad, but it took ages to cut a very small garden. Now I have about five times bigger garden and a petrol trimmer and it's amazing.
Good price, voted hot. However personally I wouldn't go to electric any more.

Seems very underpowered to me.

I bought a fairly cheap trimmer last year and the cord was rubbish. Try changing the cord for a better quality one and toys might be ok for a small garden.
