Just in case you didn't know, although I'd hope most do, these things have a high risk of rotting quickly. Once a fire is set, and raging away, it burns the galvanised coating off, thus leaving the thin steel body exposed to the elements.

So, unless they are stored in a dry environment when not in use, they'll not have much longevity.

They are junk, I got hold of an old oil drum and cut the lid off, lasted several years as apposed to this tat that is so thin it as you say rots in months

Could you burn paperwork in it?

You would be wiser to invest in a reasonable quality secure paper shredder. Paper, and related materials, should be recycled, rather than incinerated.

    Please.

If it's only paper you want to burn why not consider this 20L version from Amazon for only £6.95 !

That’s cheap compared I’ve seen them over £30 and all last just over a year I’ve even had a higher gauge galv bin I drilled holes in and that didn’t last, the galvanised burns off first burn and the metal is cheap , it’s getting expensive so I bought a bbq on offer for £5 to use, I was after a none working washer or drier too take the drum out and use bit there hard to get as everyone has the same idea..
