I am on my second one in 3 days and have to say I am more than disappointed.

First one, chain fell off after short amount of use, discovered chain was faulty.

Second one, emergency brake mechanism faulty, constantly engaged.

Will be refunding and going to Screwfix. At least I know if theirs break in 6 months time, I can get another there and then.

Oddly, I rang the number printed in the manual and they said "Yeah, had a few calls but we did not make this one".

Seems as though they sourced out to someone new but the quality just is not there.

This feels like an own brand product from B&Q, not an Aldi product.

No idea how the Aldi warranty works if you need a replacement product and they do not sell it.
