You can't compare this to butter when this is designed for a low calorie alternative to butter and oil.

Typical HUKD level of understanding about nutrition.

Eat what you want! It tastes so good! Don't worry about illnesses in later life! There's a tablet for everything! Yummy!

I find it's spoilt my best pans and baking trays.

Lovely! Thanks for this, bought some today! Less than half the price of Tesco

Butter is the way forward....In moderation...forget about the garbage created in a lab supposedly healthy for you.

i was in the Royal marines we never ate crap EVER. I work among other things as a personal trainer I am as fit as a flea AND I don't eat garbage like this or anything lite or anything processed .Before you generalise and make comments about people's level of understanding perhaps you should publish your qualifications??? eating fat or saturated fat is not bad for you .Eating a natural balanced diet taking moderate exercise and avoiding anything ONE CAL will help you live longer and better.

I posted this for people who use FryLight as this is a cheaper price than is in the supermarkets. I have not asked nor do I want nutritional advise if you're not interested in buying Frylight please scroll past and ignore it.

Well said. HUKD is about saving money and as this is more than £2 in the supermarkets, the op has shown those interested where to buy it for less than half price.

Typical stupid comment, I merely pointed out you can't compare this to butter when it's aimed at a different market, I never went into nutrition I mentioned calories. This is probably full of unnatural this that and the other, but if it's what people want that's upto them, and the people who buy this will buy it instead of cooking with other oils and butter.

Good deal HOT.

Agreed opinions vary, and my opinion is you can't compare butter to fry light when people are using fry light for a specific reason, because you need a few 1 calorie sprays to fry compared to a lump of butter. It's that I don't like your comment, I just feel it's completely invalid.

rubbish

heat from me :-)

Agreed FIX, I would use it instead of wd40 here on the farm .TBH We all drink the white stuff raw here and of course use loads of home made cheese and dairy produce so you could say I am a little biased towards manufactured produce where all the goodness is ripped out of it and replaced with this and that .We used to fatten the pigs on skimmed milk .anyhow if you must this is cheap.

This is very true and I totally agree but I actually checked the ingredients on this and it is not as bad as the other chemical nasty **** like margarine

only thing that would worry me a tad is the xantham but it will be in such a minute amount I think it can be excused

Sunflower Oil (41%), Water, Natural Garlic Extract (8%), Emulsifier: Sunflower Lecithin, Alcohol, Natural Flavouring, Thickener: Xanthan Gum

I haven't tried the garlic one. I picked up the sunflower frylight for £1.49 in HB this morning though as that's the one I have been using since November. Yet to try the olive oil one too!!

Is there a certain one which is better with certain foods?

I only use frylight because I'm on slimming world - I tend to use any. They used to do BBQ frylight and I used it when making slimming world chips which made them taste great. Think they've stopped doing it now though
