Decent price after 6 is out. I wouldn’t upgrade from 5 but if you don’t have one I think it’s a good deal
Nice price. Heat added. Pity no 5X Plus available
This or Vivoactive 4? I'm only after running, gym, indoor swimming, cycling. Want music and Garmin Pay. Vivoactive 4 seems to do all for a cheaper price?

Good price for a very capable watch. Amazon did have it a little cheaper on Prime Day but this is available to everyone. Not sure the 6 Pro has enough extra to justify the massive price difference.

If that's all you need I'd go for the vivoactive 4 or venu (better screen on the venu, but you lose a little battery life).

i have the 5+ and love it, i never thought i would use garmin pay* or even the music that much, but being able to leave my phone and cards at home means i can do long runs much lighter - really great watch. Its also just started telling me when strava segments are coming up - this isn't a feature i use currently but may well start to as it introduces a little bit of fartlek into the runs

* i believe it only works with Santander
Nice one

Look at the 945 too, might be able to pick up for under 400 now the fenix 6 is out. That way you can attach to your bike with the quick release mount kit and it covers all bases and has better battery life than the VA4 or venu. Quite a big watch at 47mm. Plus it has all the new VA4 animated workouts (or it will do in the next firmware update) and pacepro. Theres a 945 on CeX for 410 and that gets you a two year warranty and if you look out for someone selling a cex voucher on ebay for a discount to face value you'll get a real bargain potentially.

Works with Revolut, which I have found mega easy to set up and great when travelling as exchange fees are very reasonable. DM me if you're interested as we both get a tenner if you sigh up!

Yeah, considering the current lowest price for the 5 is £300 and the 5S is £350 I'd happily pay the extra for the Plus to get the new hardware and features. But also depending on the current ebay rate for a 5/5S it might be a decent upgrade for those that feel the 5 lacks newer features (music, pay, ox, maps).

Also the Plus has a faster CPU, it just feels a lot slicker in use than the regular 5. Really good price for the Plus - I would the get the Sapphire again though as the mineral glass is pretty easy to scratch.

The touchscreen is a bit annoying and it won't work if you need multisport features. Otherwise it's a great watch and offers excellent value doing 90%+ of what the Fenix can do.
