doesn't have built in hr though

630 has more high end metrics which you find in the Fenix range but no it doesn't have OHRM. A load of the metrics such as the lactate threshold require more data which is currently available from chest strap monitoring but not OHRM. I'm happy with the latter and will geek out with the data. But if you're not bothered then this watch will do all you want and more no doubt.

I think the 235 is limited in the creation of activity profiles but that's only a problem if you're wanting to do more than running with a bit of cycling.
