Can't see a price in the post.
Is it hidden somewhere?
Great price. Don’t forget £10 voucher when you sign up using NCV2018, which brings the cost down to £189.99
Also the 4% quicdo cash back.
This is very hot. The description says it comes with the separate heart rate monitor. When the watch is usually £240 ish on its own, that makes this deal amazing
Any idea what HRM strap this comes with? Whether it's the HRM-RUN, HRM-TRI or just the generic HRM strap?
Amazing price but I convinced myself I could use my phone for everything instead with a quadlock
Does this have Spotify?
Excellent watch...I don't think it has Spotify.
I knew I should have posted this deal rather than it’s picture in the chain reaction Black Friday one

No spotify or music storage capabilities with this model. That has only recently been introduced in some of the latest garmin models
I was about to ask why nobody had mentioned the 10% BC discount that you could get, only to realise they have now changed that to £10 off £150 sale.

Only the 645 Music and Fenix 5+ have this currently. With the vivoactive 3 music the only other current garmin capable of getting it.
heat, love mine
Bargain! a friend bought one just last month at what was the cheapest price anywhere on the internet (£249)
I thought the idea of a watch was to have the heartrate sensor built into it? Why is a separate heart strap as a bundle a good thing? (Genuinely interested, not being sarcastic!)

Think a strap might be more accurate, I've got a Garmin 235 with hrm in the watch seems accurate enough from what i can see though.

I got the watch for better gps tracking however it has improved my speeds no end, have got several pb's since getting it as its so easy to keep track of your pace over using a phone.
Why this over something like Huawei watch GT?
Up to 9 weeks battery life in watch mode. That's impressive!

I think it comes with just the generic red HRM strap. I saw Wiggle are doing the Tri bundle with two HRM straps for £229 in their sale if that is what you are after.

yeah, I know what you mean. why have a separate HR strap when it has a build in HR. Afaik, the strap for more accurate data . How widely inaccurate the build in HR compared to a strap I am not so sure. TBH, when I use my watch build-in HR and compared it to a gym equipment HR, its pretty much spot on. Also, watch HR doesn't work under water - I may be wrong (probably am!), is that i think some strap are waterproof and therefore can monitor HR under water whilst swimming.
How much do you need to spend to get a decent HRM, I'm serious, do i have to spend £188. It does seem like a good deal though.
Thanks for comments. Did a little bit of googling, and turns out the strap included is an HR-RUN strap which does a lot more than just monitor your heart rate... it also gives you the following:

Cadence — number of steps per minute
Vertical oscillation — degree of ‘bounce’ in your running motion; displays the vertical motion of your torso, measured in centimeters for each step
Ground contact time — amount of time in each step that you spend on the ground while running; measured in milliseconds
Ground contact time balance — displays the left/right balance of your ground contact time while running (displays a percentage); for example, 53.2 with an arrow pointing left or right
Stride length — length of your stride from 1 footfall to the next; measured in meters
Vertical ratio — ratio of vertical oscillation to stride length (displays a percentage); a lower number typically indicates better running form

The strap costs £64 at wiggle: wiggle.co.uk/gar…un/

So this does seems a really good price.

For a little bit more you could get this bundle which is even better value:
wiggle.co.uk/gar…dle
It includes two straps:
wiggle.co.uk/gar…ap/ (worth £71)
wiggle.co.uk/gar…or/ (worth £79)

The Tri-HRM Strap does not include as many running functions as the RUN-HRM Strap (just has Cadence, Vertical oscillation, Vertical ratio), but is obviously waterproof as well.

Currently debating whether to go for the Tri bundle and sell the Swim Strap on ebay or just get the one with the run function.
From the sounds of it, it could help quite a lot to improving and coaching your running, but that might just be me falling for their marketing... how much data does one need to run around a park lol.
Can you pay for things with this watch, like the garmin vivoactive 3?

Nope, that's only available on a handful of devices at the moment
Oft!!! Nice find, that's a cracking price especially since it includes the HRM-Run.

I do wonder if Garmin are going to phase out their running straps now since all their devices come with on-wrist HRMs and they have running dynamics pods to collect the additional data.

A strap or on-wrist? This is a good price if you want a HRM that provides advanced running metrics. Not all garmin watches will support the HRM-Run so this is a good bundle.
the 2016 , kind says it all really !

The Red one should be the HRM-RUN that has running dynamics.
That’s what I’m doing too - the quad lock is a well designed piece of kit to do a simple job. I keep trying to convince myself to get a dedicated watch with GPS instead, but then it’s another thing to charge and my phone works reliably, even if it is less elegant.

does anyone know if this tracks ongoing cadence etc without the HRM strap?
Here's comparison the 2 straps

Yes it does, just keep your arm moving

Some of the advanced metrics Garmin do like how recovered you are from your last workout aren't available when using optical heart rate, it can be more accurate for certain activities as well.

Minor correction: I have the Tri-HRM strap and it does monitor all of those things. Seems that the differences between them are not so easily discerned.

Don't go crazy on this idea. Had a vivoactive3 and returned it back (for other reasons). Very little banks are supporting garmin pay (https://www.garmin.com/en-US/garminpay/banks/) unless you lucky to have one of those supported banks
RobertHasler5 m ago

I think 935 replaced it?

935 replaced the 920. Different product lines.
