Nope, I’ve got one and it’s quite low tech and the screen is rubbish in daylight. Apart from that it looks good and works well.
Yeah, I really like mine but it wildly over estimates distance travelled. You can manually enter your stride distance for running and walking which is supposed to give me accurate estimates, but I haven't tested that yet.

Coming from the Nokia Health watch I think it's a big upgrade
Agree with the above. I love mine and it had enough of the smarts for my liking but no GPS. I use a different Garmin for running. But it's decent looking and I like that you can't see it has a screen until you need it.

Gamin vivoactive 3 music at Argos would work for you as long as can transfer music via a pc or mc or use Spotify or Deezer. It won’t make calls on  devices think can receive only on android. Best to check on this.

Here’s link and more info there about this watch. I’ve got one and works well for me. Battery lasts about a week but depends how much it is used for music, notifications etc.
