What an insensitive and throughly ignorant statement. For a business to make money they either need to trade on high volume low profit or low volume high profit. The later normally delivers better service and more expensive products. While there are a lot of Michelin star judges on here. What would they say was a good place for a burger that wasn’t a fast food patty in a sugary bun? Fast food outlets are ruining the dining out experience and messing with pallets. We cannot always compare prices unless you compare service offerings too. Not saying GBK is good, never been but it’s not a clean cut what is over priced or not.
Tbh, in my experience, they aren't much better than McDonald's, if at all, grumpy staff, slow service, even in an empty restaurant. I've only been twice. You'd think I'd learn after the first time. Not again. A case of emperor's New clothes. Well they've been removed, hense why they're closing restaurants.
Haha! Comparing these to Mcsh*t?! Whatever next? Why aspire to owning a Ferrari when you can have the same four wheeled experience in a smart car? Or why buy a house when you can live in a cardboard box? Don't. Feed. The. Troll!
Really? And what about the people that work for them? Mac donalds and kfc realistic pricing? Because you are slowly being poisoned by this crap and people earning minimum wage thats why its so cheap
Not posh or rich, I took my Mum there last week, both had a burger, chips and unlimited Cordial for £23, and my branch (Bluewater) is great 👌 A Maccys would have been £14, worth the extra £9 for proper meat, proper chips, and the extra drinks.
