Md1980

Just received mine. Buttons are fairly solid and clicky, the unit seems fairly solid too. I plugged in some headphones and it did push the jack into the body a few mm, meaning I had to wiggle the plug a little to find the sweet spot where the audio was coming through in stereo. Copied a few artist folders of mp3s onto an SD card and it played them fine, however it didn't shuffle, just played all the mp3s in the first folder, then the next etc. Can't complain for the price! Will find a use for it.

Kinda out of my budget I hope this goes on sale for cheaper

Cedira

You can get partial keyboards for the PC, it's been a niche gaming peripheral for a while now. I have a Razer Orbweaver.

JF47

When i first saw this I thought this was a PC keyboard for PC. I wondered why half a keyboard would be made.

Cedira

Depends what you're looking for. Can't say I've seen many gaming setups like this available on console so the price seems justified, and the brand is one of the better Chinese ones. You wouldn't buy this for PC so you can't compare the price that way.

Jeff.Tam

is it only me that think paying £56.43 for half a keyboard and a mouse is not that great of a deal. Just sayin XD

So it will plug into the lightning charger slot at the bottom?

amour3k

The easy answer to your question is, your iPhone is not natively possible, plain and simple ... (ninja) But via the collective method I mentioned above not so long ago, it just might be?. I earlier mentioned a Lightning Adapter to USB thing right?. The Lightning connector on your iPhone has nothing to do with anywhere near your iPhone's SIM card slot ... And the USB at the other end (to which I mentioned earlier also), is literally pretty much there as a facilitator to connect the USB bit of the OP's Flash Drive (or any Flash Drive for that matter). :-) Similar (I guess), in principle to that of those OTG (aka On The Go) cable's (for the Android Device's?), that also sometimes get a mention on here, etc?.

callmaster5

I've had a look on my iphone and the only slot if for the sim tray, am I missing something?

amour3k

That was sarcasm, denoted by my hehehehe bit + the winking face bit as well?. The OP's Flash Drive isn't 'dual-ended', so there's no way to input this via any iPhone (even if you wanted to?, lol), unless ofcourse you support this Flash Drive via something along the lines of a USB to Lightning Adapter thingy bob's on the end of it?. And then via those 2 collective 'contraptions', then ...

callmaster5

What expanison slot?

Not sure about this concept. I like the idea of no "Selfie" camera so having nearly bezel less front. I know the note 5 is decent still, but the mi mix 2s actually has a fantastic camera set up very nearly top of the ranks. Cheers.

Poland has 4/32GB Mi A2 Lite https://www.mi.com/pl/mi-a2-lite/specs/ "3GB + 32GB / 4GB + 32GB / 4GB + 64GB" As mentioned here< Xiaomi sometimes releases a new ram/storage variant for specific region(s), whilst everywhere else suggests it doesn't exist. Similar thing happened for Mi A1. Every spec site said it was only 64GB when the 32GB variant first surfaced so when it was posted on Hukd, a lot of the comments suggested it was either a mistake or that it was the Chinese MIUI counterpart, Mi 5X as seen in comments here<. At the time 32GB A1 was being sold in Spain Mi stores< but didn't appear on the Spain Mi site.

" What's wrong with Geekbuying? "Terrible company. Geekbuying sell stuff they have not got. They offer s cheap price, take your money and comfirm the order.. Then if they cannot buy it at that price they send you a cancelation. They offer to sell you at the higher price or give you money back. In English a contract us s contract and in theory you could buy from someone else and sue them for the difference. Of course they know oeoe won't do that as they are do far away. Mean while their bank account is full with other peoples money that they earn interest on, whom are never going to get the product. Stick with Aliexpress sellers.

This is the running edition so no heart rate NFC or colour display, I think.

aaarick

According to this site it does: https://www.review-hub.co.uk/huawei-honor-band-4-review/ I have recently converted from Apple (devil) (devil) (devil) to an Honor and I am so far more than impressed. So picking this little tracker up for just over £14 is a Brucey bonus.

I don’t think it measures the heart rate or does it now??

I do take care of my phones, believe it or not, I'm just a bit clumsy. Most of the time it's on my desk or in my pocket..

adamderak

When all mobile phones are all looking the same it's nice to see innovation. It's coming from China and not Samsung/Apple

Rich_T

love this phone will get one to replace my dual screen yota 2! oh and i never use screen protectors or cases! i look after my phone...

louiselouise

Ah, I thought the Nubia X was an upgraded Axon M - it actually has the second screen on the back, from 3:11 hereEdit: I assume, then, it's a glass back? I am one of those people who always has my phone in a protector (a flippy one, if possible). Do people drop their phone quite regularly or is it just me? I'd probably have that rear screen smashed within a month...That's not taking away from the fact that it's an interesting/great idea, depending on your opinion :) GSMarena entry is here

The clue is in the description moped bike, this is a moped and therefore a motor vehicle not a bike. Next clue is full electric mode which means although it has pedals it does not require you to pedal therefore is a moped. UK law requires you to pedal assist. Expensive paperweight, or expensive on your licence. Would be fun though. Haven't voted as not legal in uk, unless you have a big private field

alexus

Don't think it is as it has pedals be the same as any ebike looks like speed is limited as required. It has lights.

vclaw

It is illegal to ride it on the road, or on the pavement.

I currently have the Mi Band 3, and it is great. Battery life is amazing and accuracy seems pretty good! Was contemplating whether this would be worth getting or not. I have the Honor 10 phone which uses the Huawei Health App for the phone itself, so I assume this would sync smoothly with the steps that the phone counts? Not sure if its worth changing or no real upgrade from the Mi Band 3 which is only £20 from Amazon, or less from other places.

MisterGeezer

Nope

fmiah

is it possible to load music on this?

pmackers

Wish it had gps

MisterGeezer

I have one of these. Excellent little smart band. I've had a Mi Band 2 & 3 and this is better in every way. You have to use Huawei health app from the Play Store to connect it to your phone. It's had 3 updates since I had mine so Honor seem to be supporting it post launch. It even had a new watchface bundled in with the last firmware update. My battery lasts about 7-8 days, but I use it for sleep tracking. If you turn that off and just use it for steps & notifications, I suspect you'll get 12-14 days use with each charge. It's worth mentioning that these are due to come out in the UK very soon for £60-70 RRP The UK version will likely have a tweaked NFC payment option. The Chinese version is locked to Alipay and is useless if you're in Blighty. That being said, they may just remove NFC from the UK version altogether. If you don't care about NFC payments, then the Chinese version is a bargain. It automatically changes to English when you sync it to your phone. I'm wondering if the UK firmware will be flashable on the Chinese version? That would be great.

And one more thing! I started to dislike Linus since he started to do these "overgeneralizing" reviews on his channel, the devil is in the details here especially!!

jiayus3advance

Wow, not a reply I expected in terms of length and detail! Clearly "someone" spent quite a bit of time on the corresponding bbs boards (y) They are like golfenfir, kingdian and the rest tbh. Pretty much the same can be said to most of these budget DRAMless SSDs on the market right now, until a decent open platform nand controller becomes available with some kind of an external cache interface available for the fabless (for low fees or even free, who knows). I also read it somewhere that this was part of that joint operation between intel and micron, perhaps the design of the nand silicon remained available for some 3rd party fabless manufacturers, option B is "old stock" by Micron that they could not sell out to Dell, HP etc as part of OEM drives. Interesting drop down options on that smi programmer, please could you include a link or perhaps send one via a pm, if it is way to off-topic here? Not that I speak the dialect but Google translate is a powerful ally!

thsou

This is a common reference layout which is used in many cheap chinese ssd. A famous example is colourful SL500, which adverts genuine Intel 3D NAND (they can even provide receipt (lol)). Afterwards Intel claimed that it didn't sell solo NAND to public (someone believe Intel sells them throught other agents, but not Intel itself (:I because the receipt faded the seller). The codes are the same (29F04t) in SL500 review articles, and they are produced by IMFT by Intel and Micron(so you and me are both right ;) , however micron might have different lables). What I wrote comes from some chinese forums. BTW, I don't think Kingston will use those chips since normally kingston will use chips with its own lables. And finally about this chip, accorrding to the information I found, it can be produced to MLC mode size 512GB, or TLC mode size 768GB. Finally, I feel disappointed with those chinese companies, the main problem of those products is when you write a bulk of data to it, due to the SLC Cache and GC mechanism, the speed is fast at the beginning but after the chips are filled, the speed will drop dramatically probably they will fail (no responds) due to awful quality chips or terrible firmware. Finally, I think it is a good idea to buy one as my xbox external drive (cheeky) . Never use them to store valuable data.

jiayus3advance

Damn, I just wrote a 5 paragraph reply and lost it (about varying BOMs, Micron Oem SSDs and nand's etc but will keep it short for now), lol Thing is, I think you are equally wrong. 29F64xxxxyyyy usually indicates a Micron Nand, which are completely fine to be sold around and used by Adata, Corsair, kingston, owc and Patriot for their budget DRAMless products, just to name a few. Is this good enough to store our most valuable data? Probably not. Are these good enough for a barebone HTPC boot drive, a Steambox or to revive a 10 year old core2duo laptop? Probably yes. Would you need 3 years of warranty? Go for a company who offers 3 years of warranty for an extra £15-£20 for the 500gb range with a support net in the EU. Horses for courses and apples to oranges I guess.

thsou

You are wrong. The picture shows it uses a single Intel NAND (see the symbol on upper left). As we know, Intel doesn't sell NAND ships in public hence those chips are pulled from either broken/old SSD or defect chips from other resellers. So the quality is not guaranteed.

The Redmi Note 5 spec you've stated is only for the India "Pro" Version. The Redmi Note 5 sold everywhere else has the exact same main camera as the Redmi Note 6 Pro. Check the Redmi Note 5 spec pages on different regional Mi sites. For example: Singapore: https://www.mi.com/sg/redmi-note-5/specs/ Spain: https://www.mi.com/es/redmi-note-5/specs/ Italy: https://www.mi.com/it/redmi-note-5/specs/ Hong Kong: https://www.mi.com/hk/redmi-note-5/specs/ They all say 12MP primary sensor 1.4 micron, f/1.9 aperture

It's not really a lie if it still arrives at some point, maybe people should learn to stop getting so hyped about leaks and wait until a device is officially unveiled.

Yea your right, I don't care about 5g most others don't. I do care about companies that lie several times to attract attention to a product.
