Was just searching 5 mins ago for one of these, but would like to try one with removable plates. Might just take the plunge with this, considering the price.

Go for it. The plates are easy to clean on these things anyway and this is a bargain. Good for paninis also
Thanks, ordered

I'm.waiting for one with removable plates too!
Bought one of these.

Looks nice.

Non-stick is good.

But in comparison with the George it replaced, it is like trying to cook your food on a warm radiator.

I wouldn't buy it again.
I have this exact model. I love it but would say its more of a 3-4 person grill. I cook sausages, bacon, fried eggs, mediterranean veg, chicken breast, toasted sandwiches, paninis, I use it quite a lot!
Yep bought this model 2 months ago for £30, thought that was a good price.
Wanted one with removable plates, but reviews say they don't heat up well.
Bought this to replace a years old model and concerned it wouldn't be as powerful, no problem it is.
