Do you remember when this was? At that price I'm wondering if it's worth a trip to my local one to see if they have any in stock.

I saw it on Wednesday. I can't 100% remember if it was the £38 one or this one but I think it was the £38 one as it was huge
The £38 one is OOS at the moment but both are called 'large'. Anyone know which one's actually bigger/better? Are there pros/cons for the different designs?

I have this exact same grill and can't recommend it highly enough - we use it almost daily
removable plates are an absolute must on these things, at first the non stick works OK but soon stops working making cleaning these a nightmare

we recetnly had to replace our old one just becuase of the trouble cleaning the thing! our new one has removable plates and its so much easier to clean them!

Hmmm.... dimension wise, this one has bigger cooking area.
This one is defined as 7 portion the other (£38) is defined as 10 portion.

One trick is to wipe down/clean straight away don't let it dry. Also heating it again before cleaning helps but it's not as good as cleaning straight away.
Get bigger ones folks, they smaller in cooking space especially if you have few people to cater.

£35 new to Amazon 1st July 2019.
£38 new to Amazon 21st June 2016.
Going for this one. The other one seems to be longer but smaller in depth. Also this seems to have more useful area to use.

I don't agree, I've used my fixed plate grill for years, non-stick remains intact. The trick is to clean whilst plates still warm - I put wet kitchen roll on first, after grill has been off for a couple of minutes, then really easy to clean, as above.
