Looks like it may account specific only.
If you’re one of the first 3000 most likely you won’t be

Same here
I got £10 email
I quite like PayPal credit. Got my wife her Galaxy Tab 5e on 18 month interest free and I'm currently doing a PC rebuild and putting all the components on 4 months interest free. Only use it when I don't have to pay interest.
I won £20 credit for being one of the first to use it or something, about a year ago. You never know
I got this email... wasn’t impressed by the wording - IF you’re one of the first 3000 you MIGHT be one of the lucky ones to get the £10 credited back at the end of the month. I’d much rather have the £10 off at the point of sale, rather than this messing about with ifs & buts. Either give me the money off or don’t waste my time!
Not for me but then I have been offered and used this £10 off £30 offer in the past.
This is a waste of time.

Well no, it isn't. If your using credit anyway, chance of £10 back. If your buying with the Express idea of saving £10, then I wouldn't be risking it.
I got the email and had something to purchase so hopefully a free tenner to come. :-)
I had a similar offer earlier this year and that worked OK.

All true but I expect this is aimed at accounts that haven’t used credit before and aimed at enticing them so therefore falling into the (got the email) and (was about to use credit anyway) is quite low (though not unheard of). Tbf I am just guessing this is for first time customers?

I got the email for 20/40 but not interested unless it’s guaranteed (though the email does say 10k). Do you actually have to spend 100£ to get interest free and therefore maximise the offer?

Beware there is a credit check. PayPal may email you as being selected to apply for PayPal credit but when I tried to last year I failed to pass theirs. And I have an average credit history including a credit card, overdraft and many direct debits.

Received it the other day too. Wondering, can you use it anywhere like(where PayPal's accepted obvs)...or only on specific merchants through pp website & eBay? Thanks.
It’s Paypal use anywhere they take it but you must be in the first 10000 to use it
