Almost pulled the trigger until I saw the TrustPilot reviews for this site.

I would probably wait for the pixel watch as has Fitbit build in

The rumours about the battery aren’t promising at all. Like the Apple Watch, 24 hours between charges… That’s a no_no despite of the amazing looks of the watch

There's a mandatory £6 shipping fee that needs adding to the cost

The colours don’t quite match the photos how are you ordering it? Also, is it worth it going for the Sense?
    sikmanjim's avatar
use the fitbit website for reference, you can see the colours more clear there

Was excited to get the sense 2 as my first watch but after reading a few things it seems like this watch loses a lot of features(no WiFi, can't store music locally, no Google assistant etc) that even the sense 1 had, looks like Google is trying to nerf this watch hard so people buy the pixel watch instead, very sad

Never used this site before? Comparing the Versa 3 and 4, no difference, if anything the Versa 3 can do more?

With sense and versa be wary of the chargers . One of the pins break and stop springing up . We are now on our third charger . They send out free replacements but it's a PITA

just a warning that the title says @fitbit but this is not the case, it's a third party website and and also is not an approved fitbit retailer so may not give the £50 cashback or a warranty, unfortunately I bought a versa due this deal without checking, so I'm now worried about getting the cashback (edited)

I have the first Versa and I was thinking of upgrading as battery is unpredictable after 3.5 years! I don't use the phone notifications - do you think it's worth it to go for the Versa 4 or do you think once Versa 4 is launched Versa 3 will decrease the price significantly?

Shame I can't use my clubcard points to treble up

Anyone placed an order on this site?

my only concern is returns if it doesn’t work properly as can be the risk with new tech.

Reminder to do your cash back!

Question 1, has anyone actually read what the reviews are about for this website on trustpilot? Not to mention the fact that when a company/website has very good reviews on trustpilot, people say they are paid or fake reviews, but when it comes to negative feedback, then it's trustworthy?

LE: Ok, I was reading another thread about reviews for them, so yeah, the link posted above by @Andy_Richardson does look a bit worrying... Shame I missed the Google store 20% off voucher offer.

Question 2, why is this expired? Price is still the same and there is stock for the new Fitbit watches.
Annoying that they actually charge £6 for shipping, regardless of the total value of your order. (edited)
