The allowances included in the Exclusive Bundle are for calls and texts from the UK to standard UK landline (starting 01,02 or 03) and to other UK mobile numbers (except Isle of Man, Guernsey Jersey, and Channel Islands’ numbers), and for mobile internet usage in the UK. Other usages will be charged at standard rates. Allowances are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. 5G availability is subject to the handset model and location, currently available on Android devices. Calls are rounded up to the nearest minute for the purpose of calculating the remaining allowances. Customer may only activate a second plan if is priced higher than the currently active plan. Any remaining allowance after 30 days will not be carried over into the next 30day period should the customer repurchase their plan. In plan data usage is rounded up and charged in 20KB increments. EU data roaming cap applicable for the plan. Lycamobile reserves the right to replace or amend the offer or the terms & conditions or to withdraw the offer at any time with reasonable notice. Note that promotional credit (credit which Lycamobile has given to customers for free) cannot be used towards purchasing a plan. The offer is for non-commercial, private, personal use only – Lycamobile reserves the right to withdraw or suspend the offer or to disconnect you if we suspect that offer is being used for commercial purposes, for conferencing, or if it is not being used in a handset (in a SIM box for example), if it is being used for tethering or if any reason Lycamobile reasonably suspects that you are not acting in accordance with this policy where we consider that the usage was illegitimate. Your plan is subject to Auto-renewal and Auto renewal is turned on by default so the customers can avail the offer price, it will automatically renew once it expires. We will remind you before it is due to be renewed, giving you the option to cancel. The renewal charges will be deducted from the payment card which you used to purchase on the initial activation method. To cancel Auto-renewal, dial *190# and follow the instructions. Once you cancel the Auto-renewal option you will no longer benefit from the exclusive offer.   • Your calls to other Lycamobile numbers are free at home (minimum top-up applies), but when you roam within EU Countries they will be charged (or deducted from your plan allowance) as standard calls.
  • If we identify abusive usage of our roaming services due to organized resale of our SIM cards to persons who normally live outside of the UK then we may take immediate proportionate measures to stop this, which could include suspension of services.     Wouldn’t recommend to iPhone users - only LTE and 3G are provided by Lyca to iPhone. Androids users are fine as they will have 5G for you.

    Anyone know any networks that let you choose part of your number, like last 4-6 digits or so?
    If you want to take time and choose a number, buy from eBay. Just search for ‘gold number’…you can pick up for under a tenner no problem.

    Not very impressed with these guys. Just cancelled the £1 saver deal that they decided to change the T &C,s after many placed an order

    Not impressed with Lyca. I'm another one who got on with the £1 deal. Ported my number over and a month later the plan has failed to auto-renew. Spent about an hour trying to speak to their CS to be told everything will be fine. CS later send a generic SMS saying the query has been resolved and absolutely nothing has changed. I'm still left without a bundle on my account and can't make calls, send texts or use data. Otherwise I'm expected to buy another one at £10.00 to match what I had.

    Safe to say, a further port in request has been made this morning to take my number over to Lebara (their 1p deal I took too and that's still working without a hitch).

    I had exactly the same auto renew failure.
    It's also worth noting that customer services are only available 9am-6pm Monday to Saturday.
    I had a text 23:34 on Saturday evening indicating auto renew issue.
    The people you speak to won't or can't do anything, they escalate and you are promised a response within 24 business hours.
    The response is a text informing you the case is closed and to call for more information.
    The 'more information' is they've done nothing other than close your query.
    I made the mistake of topping up £5 to prove there were no issues with card or card details, I can only hope to recover that when I port away.

    I bought a lycamobile deal and I can't even use it because I never got the activation email. Their customer service is borderline nonexistent. I would never risk porting your primary phone number with them, but it definitely makes for a good second sim with cheap data.
    I think I understand what you mean but your second statement is contradictory to your first. How can you say it would make for a good second sim with cheap data when you can't activate to use it!

    I never got my sim,these guys are proper jokers, a bunch of idiots who are after your money. I m trying to stop any future transactions but I am not sure how I will do this.
