Get £75 if you switch to Nationwide Building Society

Just got an email from nationwide stating that if you transfer to a flex account you will receive £75 after 8 weeks.
Done this last time around when it was only £50.
All I did to honour the terms & conditions was create a small standing order to a friend from a dormant account and used that account to switch.
