Just got the email, guessing it’s for most people with a Barclaycard..

Did you know that with Apple Pay you can wave goodbye to the £30 contactless limit? In fact, the only limit is your credit limit.2818090.jpgAnd if you spend £50 or more in one transaction in stores* before 17 November 2017, we’ll send you a £10 iTunes code that can be redeemed in the iTunes Store (subject to availability). Sound good? Just make sure you’ve selected your Barclaycard or have it set as the default card when paying. Then look out for the contactless symbol
2818090.jpg or Apple Pay mark at the checkout.

Surely £1149? 64gb is far too small nowadays. I’ll be preordering mine from Vodafone so can’t use this offer so will have to find somewhere that lets you use Apple Pay for over £30!

I find it amazing anybody buying an iPhone X would settle for a 64gb.

I thought that too, but my iPhone 7plus has only got 34gb used - I bought the 128gb model as I just assumed I’d fill it.

Lol 16gb was the old haters memory size now 64gb, I have Netflix amazon prime Apple Music google photos app etc the cloud 64gb is more than enough for me

Ha. I think it’s what you use the phone for and you’re probably right. Mine has over 70gb on at the moment but apparently according to the settings I could save nearly 30gb by optimising the photos to the full and just storing full quality on iCloud so maybe 64gb would be enough.

I ran out of space on my 64GB 6s but optimised photos and now have 10GB free. Just had a look at storage and there's another 7GB I could delete. 128GB option would have been nice!

Sainsbury's might be a good choice for spending your £50.

I haven't had the email myself - do we need to opt in or does it apply to all customers?

Can anyone take up this offer? Barclaycard usually email me offers like this, but nothing this time.

Tesco stores wont work with above £30.00 limit.. not all stores do, its difficult to know which stores work with Apple Pay & over £30.00 limit.

The only way to no for sure is to do a card payment and see if the contactless symbol appears!

Places I can think of which allow high value contactless payments: M&S, Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Boots, Apple, Ikea, Euro Car Parts, Nando's, Pret, Lidl, Aldi, BP, Shell, Halfords.
