I got the baby box last time the deal was on. Nemo is a great size and comes with tags on, could be used as a present

So you have to add products to your baby wishlist first? If you've not used the baby wishlist yet can you add stuff just prior to purchasing or does it only count on items there when the promotion starts

Yes you can add something now. Just click the link, creat a baby wish list and then purchase something off it. Once it’s dispatched you click the claim button and your baby box will be sent out too.

nice I bought an Ewan the sheep

How do you tell which products are "eligible"

Once you create a baby wish list you are able to search items in the search bar of your baby wish list. When I did this there were many things that were not even ‘baby’ items. So you don’t necessarily have to purchase a item for a baby.

Thank you Disneyprincess, I got a vetch gear giraffe which was exactly £20

No what issues are you having?

Yes, two month now and still no baby box, repeated calls and emails to Amazon but no progress.
This can only be considered a scam, I have done everything required, purchased way in excess of the £20 required, in fact more than 10x that, yet according the the claim requirements I have not made any valid purshases!

I would not recommend anyone wastes they time on this, it's a con. VOTED Cold for me.

“NOTE: The Amazon Baby Box is not intended to be used as a crib for baby.”

Don’t want it then - Cold

Latest Amazon excuse, it's only available for purchased from the 4th December, all previous purchased are excluded!!!! As they have changed the terms and conditions! So despite making the purchases, meeting all the requirement, Amazon are once again refusing to ship the baby box and are supposedly "looking into it" after a call. Let's see if Tariq from Amazon ever calls back!

It’s definitely not a con. I have a baby box myself. In order to be eligible for the baby box you must first make a wish list, then search through the eligible items and add at least £20 off your wish list items to the check out. Once your item has been dispatched you click “claim” for your box and mine was here the next day.
I was able to claim my box before my £20 order even arrived. It’s very simple

Cancel your order if it hasn’t already arrived?
If it’s already arrived I’d recommend using the chat and expressing how disappointed you are. I’ve never had a problem with amazon they’ve always honoured things I’m sure they will sort it out.

my "claim now" box can not be ticked / selected. amazon say they are having technical issues with it...

Did anyone get this who also got the one from a couple of months ago?

My claim now tick box worked today after ewan the sheep dispatched 24 hours before so there was a small wait. Thank you for posting
