FIRST FOOD HUB MEAL so new customers

No idea why all that info I listed wasn’t listed by poster.

Come on there might be people who expected the £10 voucher but they wouldn’t get it because they don’t live in those 5 cities!!

Just want to make people aware - although I’ve used FoodHub a lot over the past year, I’ve had to use their support this week, and what an absolute disappointment.

If you need a refund, DO NOT choose the refund to go to your FoodHub wallet. I have been left out of pocket, as the first restaurant cancelled on me, and then I couldn’t use the coupon because apparently you can’t use coupon codes against money in your wallet.

Customer Service was beyond useless, and just kept repeating the same thing.

Ha thanks, was just adding that in
Can I not just put my location as Leeds even if I'm elsewhere?
Thanks
I'd stay with justeat, at least they resolved my issues without resulting to lying and make me enter a lucky draw competition to win back my money but was guaranteed to be the winner. Who has ever heard of such crap, a lucky draw competition but the winner already chosen.
Funny thing is, when you buy through FoodHub, it comes up as JustEat on the bank statement
Just done this, when is the deadline? Voucher expires 31st August but says I'll receive voucher once deadline has passed for applying?
Are the companies related at all? I wouldn't think a company could do this kind of promo if they were not?

I presume the voucher will be sent almost immediately after you complete the form, but has to be used by the 31st

Ah yes I've applied but it says I'll receive my voucher "after the deadline", no voucher received as of yet.
Done a few , don't really use it anymore but might be swayed with £5 or £10 off

London will just get £5 instead, the cities mentioned get £10 but everywhere else is £5

I think that's what the Russians like to call a vote.

I've never heard of this company but with my keen eyes I see it has something to do with food.

Not used any take aways since this all started, not really missing them. However some new competition is never a bad thing.
What a cheeky bit of marketing this - even the website name is a rip off on just-eat - to call it just-delete.co.uk - the cheek Brilliant.

Refuds have to be authorised by the restaurant, which is stupid. And any reviews can be deleted by the restaurant, again, stupid. Thats why they all seem to have perfect ratings
Tells me my email is incorrect
Anyone seen this posted on foodhubs social media anywhere? I know there were billboards put up but the website seems really sketch and just want to make sure this is legitimate
Looks dodgy. Site is not secure, any company would use legit ssl as standard for any website including promo, even amateurs as it's a web standard.

If you use the https link you will see they do use valid SSL. What they don't do is force redirect from http to https. No biggy considering passwords are not used on this page.

theyve just posted about it on their instagram.
Do you have to have a foodhub account before doing this does anyone know? Did it on an account I don’t and haven’t received any email. How long does the code take to come?
Funniest offer ever. Brilliant - although I would have rather had £10 Just Eat Voucher for deleting Foodhub(!)

Also - I'm so confused, as mentioned by someone above, I recently got a refund from Foodhub and on my bank statement it shows the money came from Just Eat(??) which makes this promotion even more bizarre...
When do u get voucher doesn't say?
Only available for first time users... as per usual
The recent adverts using Snoop Dog were enough for me to delete the Just Eat app
