Also worth pointing out that you have to spend at least £20 to use the £10 voucher.

So it's basically 1/3 off. Considering there are regular 50% off deals this is not so hot.

amazon.co.uk/gp/…813

If you are 18 or over and able to provide proof of enrolment in at least one course at a university or college located in the UK, you may be eligible to enrol in Amazon Student through an alternative process.

To provide proof of age and enrolment, please send an e-mail to amazon-student-verification@amazon.co.uk from the e-mail address associated with your Amazon.co.uk account.

In the message, include a scan, photo or screenshot of one of the following:

• A valid NUS Extra or NUS Apprentice Extra card (must show your name, institution, and date of expiry).

• A proof of student status letter (must be printed on official institution headed paper and include student name and address, course details and start date, expected graduation/completion date).

• A tuition bill for the current term (must include institution name, course details and start date, student address).

• A tuition invoice for the current term with your name and your institution’s name on it.

• An official acceptance letter for the upcoming term (must be printed on official institution headed paper and include student name and address, course details and enrolment date, expected graduation/completion date).
This is from amazon so if you click the link it will show you how to enrol for student prime with a nus extra card.

Are you sure Amazon will accept 'e' courses ?

They'll accept an NUS Extra card so it doesn't matter.

Nope.. The voucher is £10 off minimum £20 purchase. Regular 2for1/50% off deals are better and there is no need of NUS purchase.
I got the same last year, threw away the voucher.

It would appear that, despite graduating several decades ago, I'm entitled as an alumni of my old university to apply for an NUS Extra card. It seems a bit bizarre to me, and I don't really see that the card offers many useful benefits, but it might be worth checking out if you are a former student.

great offer - thanks

Well the only ones that would be any use to me would be the Coop (which would still be overpriced even after the 10% discount) & Superdrug. So I'd be hard pressed to save more than the cost of the card!

Only kidding, fair enough my friend.
