Have they managed to make this thing vegetarian yet?

Such a fail if it's still cooked with the other burgers.

I think it is because it's listed in the vegetarian section of the menu this time on the app
Can you not bundle all the BK deals together? There are (on my phone) 27 current deals, if you include the Mondays only one.

In the future I will do bundled posts and I apologize for effectively spamming the other day - it will not happen again.

Ahh, bit of googling suggest they're still getting it wrong:
and like the soy Whopper, the Halloumi King or Halloumi Chilli King are not classified as vegetarian due to cooking process too.

When was the article published though? Keeping in mind this Halloumi sandwich has been brought back after a break, they probably have made it vegetarian for the return

Edit - my mistake, looks like you're right. It's veggie and more, not just veggie

For 4 quid this is certainly not a deal.

It's frustrating, and short-sighted by them.
As a veggie, I have no issue when food isn't veggie - but it's sly and disingenious to not make it more obvious when it isn't veggie.
Halloumi seems like an odd choice for a cheese to add to burgers, given that it doesn't melt.

According to Jon Richardson, at least.
So basically it is a cheese burger without the burger ? Has anyone had one and what did you think of it. I have quite enjoyed veggie options that have recently come to market. I am not just not so sure about the halloumi burger.
Not available at station burger kings until Thursday
