3211322.jpgSaw in store at Bury GAME location. If you trade in a game on the above list, you can get Super Mario Maker 2 half price on the day it is released. This is what I was told when I asked, the staff member allowed me to take a photo of the list.

In-store it is £54.99 so would be £27.99. Whilst it's £49.99 online, I don't think this trade in deal is available online and is in-store only.

Game collection - £38.95
Base.com - £39.95
Shopto - £39.95

Doesn't seem like a great deal to me as most of (if not all) the games on that list are worth much more than £11

Confused grannies and mums. I'll very rarely pop in to game if I have time to kill and see if they have any decent deals on older preowned games (Anything less than 6 months is usually £2 cheaper than their New price). I don't think many core gamers shop in game because they know what a rip off they are.

Not bad if you're like me and got go vacation at Tesco for £10 (£9 with discount) to trade in, fyi you get half off the game plus the trade in value towards it
Might be worth mentioning you get the game half price but also get the trade in value towards it too

That can't be true surely? Why would they half the price of the game just for trading in then also give you money for your old stuff? Doesnt sound right to me

It's not how it has worked in the past. You gonna go for it? Be interested to find out if it is as you say, then it's not too bad a deal

Believe me since I traded in for Sekiro at the weekend. I traded Spider-man which made it half price. Then traded 2 x copies of Overwatch I bought for £4.50 for £10 trade in each +25% for trading in which paid the balance. So it cost me £29 for Sekiro. I'm Game elite because I buy games cheap to use to trade in. You sometimes get +50% on trade ins against pre-orders. For example using the method above I've gotten things like Octopath Traveler collectors edition for the equivalent of £17. If you have the patience you can save a lot of money being smart with how you use Game.

I think it’s more crazy investors in there for the long haul. Maybe some of the pension fund investors are keen gamers who don’t want to see Game go down the pan?
