i wouldn't bother, GHD have changed the design of the ceramic plates so they no longer meet at both ends, check the amazon reviews before going to cloudninehair.com

Agree with the above!! GHD has gone down hill, Cloud nine is made by the old owner of GHD.
They are cheaper and so much better

Be warned cloud nine are not the holy grail. The cloud9 original iron pulls, and despite its claims is not suitable for all hair types. Requires multiple go overs which will damage the hair. Professionally speaking we went to using various models and none were up to the hype. You will have more luck and better results from a £30 set from Argos. We have all gone back to our ghd mk4.

This particular iron is poor. But I urge you not to bother with cloud9, the company were a total headache to deal with from start to end.

we had returned them in batch, proof of posting they're exact words "we don't believe you".

I would not recommend.
The Cherry GHD's I have now I have to go over my hair more than once too
Sadly hearing and seeing a lot of poor quality results/use from what was once the market leader.

- create market leading brand,
- sell for a tidy sum,
- watch it collapse under new management,
- re-start your brand under a different name
- repeat
