So we're now voting on how good someone is at listing, rather than the actual deal itself?
I've been going wrong all ths time...

not sure how good of a deal this is. I googled GFF watches and not much came up. Just coz one site says that GFF watches are 150 doesnt mean they are actually that expensive or any good

4 sellers of said watch on eb@y cheapest is £75.00. I have 2 sitting in my basket, might be worth keeping one and selling one on,if you get it sold that is...Tired of playing the eb@y chance game. Good weeks bad weeks. Same watch could sell for over £75 one day,and not get bid up to £30 the next...Must start reading books again

£27 quid

Voted cold as the price excludes VAT. The price with vat and p+p is £26.90

worth a punt. if you don't like it you can still break even or even make a bit of profit on fleabay

You'll have no chance of getting £75 for them on ebay with this offer available. You'll be lucky if you can get £30 knowing the small margins ebay sellers will accept when these offers arise. I learned that lesson when I bought a Freecharge Weza cheap, thinking I could get £200 for it on fleabay :whistling:

Poor poor you.

No need for the sarcasm. I was just advising someone against thinking they could make a quick buck from this bargain on ebay. eBay sellers (in fact, people generally) are muppets who are willing to offload stuff dirt cheap instead of using the RRP as a guideline. If I obtained an unlocked Nokia E90 for £50, i'd still put it up at £295. Most wouldn't, and they kill it for other sellers by trying to undercut all opposition with their 'cost + a quick fiver' philosophy.

the link is above.. i think its a brill deal and ordered mine yesterday.. courtesy of being on viking directs mailing list.

Agreed only one retailer selling it at £150. Not bad for £27 if you want one though.

No point buying for ebay.

Scan were selling these for £50.00 each recently on a today only deal and I nearly bought one.
Thanks to the op, just bought two together with a free dvd player for £47.00 inc free delivery. Voted Hot.

good price

the petrol stations in germany were doing these as an offer where you saved points to get one 18 months ago, other half got one, and its worked great ever since, plus its been in the fish pond a few times

Quidco tracked & Validated @ £3.28 making my two watches £21.85 each.

worth every penny good watch

worth a penny, not a very good watch:p

Someone has just listed it on ebay, starting price £4.99.
item: 320260998213

Looks like one of those invented brands they have on Price Drop etc. I'd be *very* wary of that £150 - all the Price Drops start off like that and they end up at something like 12.99 + p&p. Con

What about this one ?

Was £326.25 !!!! Now £34.95 !!

Not my taste though !!

what code gives you the free dvd player

Was watching a program about cheap chinese rip-off's of trainers.

Genuine trainers come in boxes with serial which is unique. Rip-off's come in plastic bags and that's it.

The scan description...

---------------
As one of Italy's leading design houses we are offering this watch at less than half price. The retail price in Italy from authorised dealers is €395.00 inc VAT (approx £295.00)

Why are they so much cheaper at Scan? These were intended and manufactured specially to be given as a Gift item and dont come its usual wooden box packaging but come with a plastic based packaging.
-------------------------

It strikes me that a brand name would sell their goods in plastic packaging, no visible emblem or display of certificate of authenticity.

I'm reading this from the link with the strangly 'umbro' in the url.

I could be wrong. So i haven't voted on this.
