Perfect card for a PC based Openelec/XBMC machine, I have 1GB 210 cards it both my HTPC's and they play everything perfectly.

But for only £550 more you can get one that's over 40 times better

It's gonna be good for a little home theatre PC or such like... not everyone needs 800x anti aliasing and 640fps on solitaire

very cheap good price!

Htpc... Apu better. I have this GPU in a spare build in bedroom it works that's about all I can say. Of your slashing out on building an Htpc then just do Apu build unless you already have the Cpu and mobo

Lol I meant splashing out.. Not slashing

Autocorrect ftw

A couple of points using a tiny amount of effort
1. The cheapest delivery using the link appears to be £3.58 and should be added to your head line price to reflect true cost.
2. The MSI 210 price from ebuyer is £17.99 and therefore is a "better deal"
3. Would not a XFX HD-545X priced at £18.58 including postage be a better deal (amazon.co.uk/XFX…1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1419277532&sr=8-1&keywords=HD+5450)

R9 290 = 200GBP, G210 = 19GBP

10x of the money, but 36x performance, interesting

Totally agree, these days, APU or even Intel HD graphic is powerful enough for HTPC and leisure gaming.

Can I run BF4 at 1440p 60fps (high or ultra) with this graphics card?

I not sure the if HD5450 supports 1440p, might cap out at 1080p. Speed wise overclocked with good timings it should max out at a little bit behind 60fps

Except these days everything comes with integrated graphics that are just as capable, so this would be a waste of £18.99

I am having trouble envisioning a scenario where this is a deal worth highlighting. It's not a particularly cheap price for a basic graphics card, they usually hover around this. It's abysmal value for money if you want anything in the way of performance or features. It doesn't have DisplayPort that might be missing from integrated graphics...

I'll have to go cold with this one.

I have an older computer Q6600 in my home office that has just had its graphics card expire.
This is a scenario that works for me.

Don't know any Gfx cards that can't do more than 1080 in the vertical if they have better than the old blue analog-out socket. (below is per screen)
