Camalcamal had GB 1070ti at £630ish in Feb.

2 days ago an ASIC etherium miner was announced, hope this is correlation no coalition
Description says three fans, but image seems to have two. What am I missing?

Given the current market, a good find. Heat added.

The current market that you refer to is no longer current. Etherium mining is over; the value of that currency is down to around $375 from over $1700. EBay is being flooded with used or "like new" GPUs from completed "computing projects" and retail prices are falling.

I’m going to the US on holiday in the summer, and was going to buy equipment there for a new rig, as what you pay in £ here is often currently the $ equivalent, and what with the exchange rate at the moment, the idea was looking good. But as well as the ‘mining’ industry having a lull, the increasing £/$ exchange rate is actually making supplies to the UK cheaper too. Come July, the savings I was looking for in the US will probably be minimal. Long may the bitcoin price keep dropping!!

2 apostrophes actually...
Unless I was in a massive hurry I'd be holding off myself. Cryptocurrencies are likely going to sleep for a couple of years. They take their time doing it as well. In a few more months we'll be swimming in used GPUs, not that you'd really want one used for mining.

Some argue that cards used for mining are in a healthier state than those used for gaming due to the undervolting and running mining cards at below 100%

You’d have to assume you purchased from someone that new what they were doing, and there would never be any guarantee of that.

The same can be said for people who overclock their components. You never know how much voltage they put through the hardware...In the end it comes down to whether it's worth the risk or not.
