You beat me too it.....:D

Really good deal for anyone that wants a games bundle, especially recent ones of such quality.

You got to add delivery. Total £86.33

good to get 2 for xfire?

Only downside for me is Aria. Personal experience with sucks on so many levels. Voted hot.

With 1gb VRAM I wouldn't crossfire

Nonsense. Crossfiring these would be an excellent idea. The results here speak for themselves.

I don't have any performance figures for comparison, but If it was me I would just got for a 7850 for the same money. Even if a 7770 crossfire setup would beat it slightly (I don't know, and it would be by a margin that wouldn't bother me) a single 7850 will give more consistent performance with no driver issues. That's what I would do. I'm just not a crossfire fan, unless you're going very high-end or looking to extend the life of an existing card by adding a second.

Update: Mind you there are enough games where these things crossfired keep pace with a 7950 (which would cost about a hundred more), so it would depend on the games you're playing. Check the games you're playing (or care about) and then decide. It can deliver fantastic performance for the money and at times quite mediocre... so it depends.

Looks like a damn good deal to me.

How does this compare to a 6870 ?

Gpu review will let you compare cards folks!

Decent card for the price, excellent value with the games. Hot!

6870 is better than this, excellent price with the games for a good starter card.

This looks like a pretty decent deal to me, I'm hoping to upgrade from the Radeon 5450 that came with my PC. It's been a while since I've built a PC, can anyone tell me if I'm likely to need to get a new PSU to run this card?

cheers,

What wattage is the PSU and what are your specs?

I bought an ATI card with the 'Never Settle Reloaded' games bundle (BioShock Infinite, Tomb Raider and Far Cry Blood Dragon last month and when I came to claim it two weeks ago I was told they had run out of BioShock codes, so beware of disappointment.
Edited by: "nelifex" 5th Jul 2013

anyone know how these codes come?? individually or as one? i.e could u sell the games singly if u already owned one of em?

I got seperate codes with the never settle free games (crysis 3, FC3 and Hitman)
This should be the same

Awesome deal. Bare minimum the games are worth is probably £15 each. So you're getting the card for £26.33

thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I think the PSU is either a 250 or 350. other specs are i3 2120, 12gb ram, 2x 1tb hard drives. I'm also hoping to put a pci-e x1 sound card in at some point. all current components are likely low quality as its an off the shelf Acer desktop rather than a self build.

cheers,

Neli, it has been nearly six weeks and I still haven't heard from them. Also If you have a read your paperwork it'll say something in the lines of

*Get Key Codes for free downloads of BioShock Infinite (PC Game) and Tomb Raider

AMD Radeon(TM) HD 7850 or AMD Radeon(TM) HD 7870 Graphics Card from a
participating retailer between February 4, 2013 and either December 31, 2013 or when supply of Key Codes is exhausted, whichever occurs first.

So I very much doubt we'll get the code.

Thinking of getting new card.. My current setup is quad core with nvida gt9800 can I just do straight swap.?

If it helps I purchased a card from scan, and was told at the time that all game keys had run out. I emailed them again about a month later to ask if they had a new batch of keys and they sent me some then.thumbs up to scan on that re. Codes.

Thanks for that, Harm, I've already resigned myself to the fact that it's never going to come. Not really all that interested in the BioShock series anyway, just glad I didn't sell/trade the bundle for something
Edited by: "nelifex" 5th Jul 2013

Hi, I was just hoping if anyone could tell me how many screens you can run off of this card on it's own please ? (not gaming)
Also would this card be capable of running two 1440p monitors and a 1080p monitor at the same time ? (not gaming) It has hdmi and two display ports and hdmi so I would assume it should be possible ? I am not a gamer so don't want to spend to much on a card that would be greatly wasted and unused to it potential. I was looking at a Asus 6670 for around £58/£59 but the extra for the games would be well worth it to step up to a 7770 as this has 2 x mini display ports in stead of just the 1 x display port.

Thanks for any help

hwcompare.com/119…70/

I have the 6870 too -- just checked. With the bundle of games, it's a pretty good deal anyway.

was considering it but as some says this is never settle bundle reloaded i'm not too sure..

as last time when i bought the never settle bundle (not reloaded bundle) two games out of three expired pretty early like in April. One is sleeping dogs and one is hitman absolution. Luckily i sold the keys quick enough on ebay. Considering both games are from square enix I may reckon tomb raider will be the same.

can someone confirm?

According to this site, it's about 80W for the new card (versus 19W for your current card).

Not really. You'd have the power of around a 7850/7870 but with all the crossfire frame rating issues and still only have 1GB of usable RAM for £170. You could buy a 7870 Tahiti for that price.
