Hmm, would be a decent card if it wasnt for the idiotic bios problems, AMD really dont give much of a hoot about you once you buy their kit...
Weren't the bios issues with the 5600 though?

This is the 5700, and it was the 5600 XT that needed a bios flash.
I thing wrong with the 5700 bios. In fact everything is right with it especially if you want to flash it with an XT Bios and bump in the direction of XT performance (or equal it if you want to mess).
This price is decent (almost as low as I paid for my Sapphire Pulse RX5700 5 months ago 😃).
you mean the 5600xt... but i wouldnt call it the "bios issues"...... as there wasnt any Bios issues with the card, it was AMD attempt to make the "stock" better before launch and aimed for there stock card to compete with the 2060 and caused problems due to the last minute attempt.

the stock card doesn't have issues, its there to compete with the 1660 super... leave it there..

i have no glue what AMD were thinking of trying to cover off the drop of the 2060 with this card, they covered the 2060 with the 5700 for months on end, not only on the price of a 5700 vs the older price of the 2060 but also performance.

if they did some market research, they would know by looking at the feedback from users on here... even when a 2060 was on offer via the ebay codes in line with many 5700 on offer, it were still more favable to go for the 5700 and that was userfeeds back though n though.

they should of shifted the price of the 5600xt.... to be competive of the drop of the Super/TI,... and left it.

but no they now have 2 cards, slower new vs older fast at the same price point give / take very little difference.. talk about killing your own product line.

They should've just run the card at the higher spec from the start, but well.. yea, it was a mess. Fortunately only the initial batches of them need a bios flash with all later stock running higher clocks.
