yes its one 8gb stick which is always a plus it worth like £25-£30
For some reason my price chart has not appeared but it shows that this is the lowest price it has ever been.
BE AWARE - this IS NOT the Gaming 3 but is instead the Gaming k3 - check the smaller font description all the way down the page. The two are separate products. As has been mentioned the RAM is 1x8 gb DDR4.

Yep you're absolutely right - but the title to the item, along with the title of this post, is completely misleading. Given that the Gaming 3 costs more and is more popular than the k3, the unrepresentative title may not be entirely unintentional - that's the issue.

Is this motherboard about as good as it gets for the price as i want to get a new build that i can OC the RAM and CPU easily ?
Not good if you plan on crossfiring down the line as second pcie16 slot runs at x4. If not this is excellent
