ASDA groceries have this for the same price.

Anyone got one of these?
And has used Mach4/Fusion?

Thankfully 2010 world cup had alot of mens toiletries on good deals so i have loads of fusion blades to get through still

But for valentines day I might buy this so I'm extra kissable

bougt one today in asda, indeed £5.00 for razor and 2 blades. shaving gel also on offer at £2.00

groceries.asda.com/asd…880

Yep, same price in Asda...just been in.

-Kev

thanks may get one

This is hot but does anyone know of a deal for the proglide power razor?

Asda actually a better deal as it comes with 2 blades (Amazon only gives you 1)

Any deal going for just the blades as well???

Notice the blades are now 3 and 6 packs instead of the 4 and 8 fusion packs...another rip off from Gillette

This razor aint much better than the rest. Gimmicy

Thanks for the heads up. I'll pop into Asda at some point and pick a couple up!
How come some of those Amazon reviews are from a week or so ago though when it's only just been released??

Whenever Gillette's sales start to drop, they just add a new macho name and/or add an extra blade..

..oh and up the price by 15%

You mean the Gillette Fusion Power Stealth Turbo Max Plasma Vortex Hyper Matrix Supershave isn't the best anymore? awww....

Still using my Mach3 blue that I bought 10 years ago.

When it's only the blades that are cutting your face why would you need to constantly replace the handle?

But for a new razor this is a hot price

We used to get these for free in HUKD days gone by...

Everytime they release a new razor I hope they reduce the price of the old mach 3 blades, but they never do.

I don't use Gilette, they seem to go blunt quickly compared to Wilkinson Sword ones.

Always used to be a Gillette kind of guy, but was converted to Wilkinson Sword when I tried the Hydro 5 - anyone know how these compare to the ProGlide?

Decent price tho voted hot

The ProGlide power is excellent

This is hot but does anyone know of a deal for the proglide power razor?

£5 in asda as well...

I was in asda when they put this out. The 3 pack of razor was mispriced at £5. Went in later and price was £8.98 or something. Its a rip off even at a fiver. Its just same as the last one but a bit smaller like it will make a difference.

Anyone mentioning Asda deal posted it? I am not interested in heat so go on ......

I am in need of a new razor so will pop into asda later when I am heading that way. Never liked the power version as I can't see much benefit from it, but I am having to use a wilkinsons sword at the moment until I can get to the shops! Gillette is much better in my opinion, hope this is the same or better.

3 & 6 pack blades now, rip off from Gilette as ever.

Just come back from asda and was told that the fusion proglide POWER razor (not the manual one) is £12.98!

Will keep an eye out for it in Asda for my lovely bf

No proper shops stock double edge razors these days it seems I wanted to go back to them after having used a variety of disposables for the past 7 years. Maybe rose tinted specs (and my beard was probably less bristly in my youth) but none of teh dispoasble seem to give as good a shave as I used to get with my first double edge razor.

I know you can get them off the net but I really want to test the weight/feel before I buy.

I bought one of these when I was in the states in December. I am a Mach3 man myself, when the Fusion came out I tried the powered and non powered versions, and it felt like it pulled the hair on my face a bit, and was uncomfortable.

When this one came out I decided to try it, the blades are meant to be thinner, so there is meant to be more space between the blades, and the shave was MUCH more comfortable than the previous Fusions. I bought the power version and Typically if I shave every other day, I only have to make 1 stroke for a good close shave, where as my Mach 3 I had to go over twice for the same feeling.

I know it gets annoying they keep releasing the same razor with "slight" if any differences, but this time I do feel it's a better razor. The only thing I don't know is what the difference between the "powered and non powered blades" as each fit each other. I am trying to get a response from Gillette, let's see what they say, Good price though and worth the investment if you want a good shave (and Asda does have it online as well for £5)

I wonder if Tesco, Sainsburys or Boots will drop their prices for the launch too

Always use cheapo 49p for 10 Wilko's ones. Pack lasts me a couple of years at least. Anything else is just a waste of money.

Didn't have any in my local one in Helen Street, Glasgow. Perhaps they will have them in tomorrow.

Oh right, you should have put FACT so we thought it true. Seriously what a daft comment, what works for you OBVIOUSLY doesn't work for millions of others!

Settle down man it's a post about Razors, not premature ejaculation. ;-)

Bought three packs of the razor @ £5 from Asda today. Come with Razor handle and blade plus 1 extra.
Kindly pointed out to someone that was buying two 3 packs of blades that it was cheaper too buy 3 packs of the razors but they obviously had money to burn..............

Why people shave is beyond me. I'm 57, and last shaved when I was about 16. Beard trim once a fortnight, job a good 'un! Over my life time, I must have spent weeks longer in bed, rather than scraping at my face each morning.

Up to £9 now

Get it from Asda.

I bought these when in Florida last June, just out in the States then. I really thought they were a big improvement on regular fusion blades. (I can't comment on the power version ) So much so, that I have twice ordered more from Amazon USA. I paid quite a lot for postage. Proctor & Gamble who own Gillette in an email to me last year, said they were not gonna sell them in the UK. I'm glad to see them. Voted hot

Any deals on the power one instead of this manual one as I always prefer them!

Lloyds Pharmacy have the Power razor for £10.99 online, I'm going to see if same price instore tomorrow. Not posting that as a deal, cause it's still expensive at that price (but I'll probably buy one anyway, lol).
