Thought this was a good deal, bought a set for my husband, he's always looking for offers on the blades as they are expensive.
I would think this is nationwide as there was a big display on the top shelf in the razor section in my store in Ystrad Mynach.
You get 1 Gillette Fusion Razor with blade, plus 12 Blades considering a pack of 8 blades on their own is almost £15 i'd say this is a good deal

Good deal!

i bought an 8 pack of blades just a few days ago for £14.99 which I thought was very expensive

Just one thing.....
How come I still need as many "passes" with these all singing, all dancing, 5 bladed razors than I did with my one bladed razor when i 1st started shaving?
Are we being conned?

Good point, Futzea. I myself have just gone back to the Mach 3, having found these fusion blades do no better job and are a bit too much for sensitive skin. That said, this is a great deal for those lucky enough to have less sensitive skin. Good find.

Just got a good supply of Mach 3 blades when they were on offer recently, so not for me. But hot nonetheless.

not sure if this is a good deal but i bought a razor and 4 blades for like £3 or £4

£20 in boots plus advantage points

I try all new ideas and this is the first blade I've taken to since the Sensor Excel (and the Sensor before that). It does need more than one pass but the shave is better than the Excel. However, it is no good at the moustache area as it is just too damn big and I retain an Excel for that purpose.

I have stopped using my Fusion razor after the last blade went blunt and gone back to 3 blade Profile or something like that and its giving a decent shave and as good as the Fusion one. Just doesnt vibrate or cost as much. Cost nothing in fact as I had the handle already and found an unopened pack of blades at the back of the cupboard.

Hot 'cos good price, but like others, too large and unweildy for me, wonder how long before Gillette releases the Sensor Super 6 ??

p.s. is Ystrad Mynach an Anagram ? :whistling:

I was given a Gillette fusion and 2 blades with gel for Christmas and like you had been using cheap disposable blades (1 lasts 3 weeks) for many many years. I found that the Fusion blades did shave a little closer but took longer needing more strokes plus only lasted 2 weeks. So I have gone back to disposable which cost me about £1 a year. Definitely going to keep using the Gel as that is what made the shaving so smooth.

I had a 1968 or thereabout Mini and loved it plus only cost about £450 then.

I bought some in the week and I am sure they were almost £5.00 for four.

I've stuck with the Sensor and use the blades you get in Aldi which are a direct fit

The price for these Fusion razors is ridiculous and if folks keep paying the price they won't get any cheaper

They must cost less than a penny a blade to make! Brillant profit margin for Gillette

Just bought a pack in Tescos today. Our local shop hasn't had them in the period since the deal was originally posted until today.
