Not a bargain but more or a neccessity to me now my free ones from xmas that come with my gift of a razor have run out! After a good old lot of searching of course this is the cheapest i can find delivered for genuine blades!

Of course I'm happy to hear from others who have found cheaper or a better deal i can use the next time...

i make sure every xmas or just after that i stock up on gillette blades,
i still have 12 packs of 6 blades at £3.99 per pack asi refuse point blank to buy stuff at full price when they can afford to sell them off this cheap.

i wont vote because it isnt cheap for me but it may be cheap NOW for someone.

damn amazon had these for £10.23 back last nov, only bough 2. Are we doomed to not get them cheaper? £2 is not much but best option at the moment I suppose.

lol, i understand! I know you feel mug paying that but if that's the price out there then.....

when and where was it 3.99 and will be that price again this xmas??

beware of fakes! i have seen these in small shops and markets that look genuine, nicely boxed but really bad quality inside.

this is genuine thou.

Gillette Fusion Manual Blades 8 Pack now £11.57 delivered

can these be used in fusion power handles?

yep!!!

Amazon are generally the cheapest I can find blades when stores aren't doing the promotional Fusion Razor with 5 blades for cheap.

I've never understood how blades are so expensive.
I shave every other day to reduce costs.

How many shaves do folk get out of their blade?

I usually change every week - is this average?

There was a article in the paper the other week about these blades.

They cost 28p per pack to manufacture and package.

unfortunately i'm like a werewolf come 5pm, so if i want to look decent at work, theres no chance of me doing the same! lol:p

How do you think they afford to have Tiger Woods, Thierry Henry and Roger Federer in their advert?

Either buy older Gillettes, like Sensor Excel which are far more reasonable priced, or try something new - I've just gone for King Of Shave's "Azor" razor. Doesn't seem too bad - bit a knack to using it tho.

Yup - their advertising budget must be astronomical.

No wonder these blades are the most stolen item in shops in the UK.

ive just yesturday paid £10 for 4 ******* fusion blades i hate the fact they make a fortune on stuff we need for everyday use

i always forget to stock up on them when there cheap around christmas

i recently bought a pack of gillete mach 3 disposables and they lasted ages and gave a really good shave and only cost 2 quid

Thanks just ordered a pack.

Hello

I just want to add to this thread. I always used the latest Gillette razor for the last 10 years, over the last couple of years I have found they do not last as long.. It maybe my face and hairs changing??.

I have sensitive skin and have to use a cream, this cream can cause more ingrowing hairs so I have to watch it.
Advice on forums has said the Gillette triple blades pull the hair and cut so close the hair goes back under the skin and more ingrowing hairs can result. The site advises to use standard BIC single blade disposables...

I know buy 20 for £1.85, and they are great, have no problem in throwing them out every couple of days, and they cut great, and my face is so much better...

Just a thought if people are looking for alternatives.

Costco I think do them cheaper but I cannae remember the price - going in a couple of days, will look it up then unless someone fancies giving them a call now and checking - I cant be bothered (busy at work)

Just out of curiosity, has anyone had any real joy with electric shavers?

I've never bothered to run to the expense of one since a Christmas gift of a two 'head' Philips nearly took my face off...

Good saving, heat added. Thanks

cheers heat and rep added

even the best electric razor cant leave you with the same feeling as having just had a wet shave.

Unfortunately this is indeed a hot deal

l use them to shave me bolloxxx

Gillette Razor blades are the best compared to any other blade/shaver out there- The shave is closer and doesnt irritate my skin.
Ive tried most others but come back to the Gillette Fusion brand now. And theres no feeling better than a Gilette razor used and the smooth glide

I shave about once a week so each blade lasts about six weeks...or more!!!

I HAVE HADF 2 ELECTRIC 1 COST £30 AND OTHER OTHER £90 AND BOTH FELT LIKE I HAD PLACED MY FACE IN A BLENDER

I HAVENT USED THE ELECVTRIC WET SHAVERS SO DONT KNOW ABOUT THEM

oredered!

You may not get a good answer to the question are electric shavers any good on this thread.
Most who use them will not reply as they wont need fusion blades for electric shaver so wont bother reading this thread.
I am not sure if gilette fusion or electric is better myself.

Hot deal. Like another guy said by 5pm I have a real bluebeard, so shave around 5/6 times a week, and never get the 3 months that it says on the box!

Still, even though they are expensive, they are still the best for me, and give the closest shave I've had thus far, so I will pay the silly amounts for them

hot,3 packs ordered

I only have to shave 2/3 times a week, through laziness and through necessity. Ive just finished being a student so changed the blade in my Fusion every 3 months lol.

You could tell when it was getting near the end of its life because it actually started to hurt to shave :-|

thanks heat added..... looking for one...

Damnit... missed it.
