Horrible when you know someone else's is right isn't it? check out you tube. It's a trend that's been coming back for years... It's people like you who've never experienced a baby bum smooth finish, and instead wonder why you still get razor burns and bumps ?. Anything over 1 blade is going to cause irritation isn't it? Not rocket science. Have a look on you tube and educate yourself, for comparisons coming from people who know the difference u tool

I have watched quite a few of the 'How to DE shave' videos and it scares me just how many of them look to have red raw necks after shaving.

Frighteningly, many of them have a red raw looking neck after shaving AND then they go and do a second shave with the DE razor leaving their necks looking even rawer IMPO.

Noo thanks. Let's just accept that different things work out for different people.
So three passes with a de razor vs 15 passes with a pro shield?( 3 passes with a 5 blade cartridge) Doesn't make your neck red? Apparently cartridge razors are also great for encouraging in growing hairs. But yes some people prefer go get it over and done with de shaving is more of a skilful art watch this when u get five

Horses for courses. I tried traditional shaving, wasn't for me, too messy,my skins dead sensitive and was red raw afterwards. blades all over the show. nar not for me.
prefer cartridges, easier, skins not as irritated.

Absolute tosh. I used to shave on DE and then decided it wasn't worth it just to save the cost of a Costa a month. Why do you think that every DE shaver have a styptic pencil as part of their kit?

I can't hold valid opinions very long and you two talked me back to cartridge razors. Btw what's a skeptic pencil?

Can't understand that, it's like reading a different language. Have a look at educating yourself first before patronising people about how to shave. You tool!
