Online Return & Exchange Policy

For orders or store purchases made after December 31, 2020, to receive a full refund to the original payment method, the merchandise must be returned with the original receipt, invoice, or order confirmation within 60 days from the date of the last shipment or the date of store purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and it is in its original condition, return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the following terms. Return or Exchange of Merchandise Purchased Online We offer two effortless ways to return or exchange your order.

1. Head to a store!

To return or exchange your merchandise at a Hollister Co. store, please bring your items and order invoice*. Online orders must be placed in GBP to be returned or exchanged in a store in the UK.

To receive your refund to your original payment method**, your return must be made in store within 60 days of the order shipment date. After 60 days of your order shipment date, you will receive your refund in the form of a merchandise credit.

2. Submit a return or exchange online!

To receive your refund to your original payment method**, your online return must be initiated within 60 days of the order shipment date. After 60 days of your order shipment date, the only option for refund will be offered in the form of an e-gift card, sent to the email address used on the order.

Upon submitting your online return or exchange, you will receive a return label via email.
For returns, a fee of £5 will be deducted from your refund if you use either the label in your package*** or the label that is emailed to you. If you use your own return carrier you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Drop off your return at one of the locations listed here, and your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as we’ve confirmed we have received your return!

If you would like to use your own carrier, send your return to our consolidation point located at the below address. Returns sent back to this address may be held for several weeks before being shipped back to our Distribution Center for final return processing. Using your own carrier may result in a delay of your return being processed, and refund being issued*.
