I stumbled on this when looking for a present. Possible idea for those who are are needing something to look forward to in the weeks ahead. Why not make your own Gin and enjoy it when it is finished.
Granted, not the best value for money as you can get cheaper infused ones out there, this is definitely for the DIYers who are looking for something is to do.

Included in the kit
‣ Clear and simply written instructions

‣ Juniper berries

‣ Botanical spice blend

‣ Cotton filter

‣ Kraft paper bottle tags and cotton string

TURN Vodka into Gin in a week
If you have vodka that’s what you want
If you want Gin buy it in the first place
The way I’m feeling I haven’t got a week
Now where’s the Brandy
So it's £7.99 and then you have to buy vodka to make it?
Simpler just to buy a bottle of gin maybe?
Just a thought
But then you out in the sense of achievement when you take that first sip of Gin YOU created.

Thats about as much achievement as fighting the queues to buy a bottle.
My sense of achievement is when I go out hiking to find a stash of sloes, hand picked them, taken them home and pin pricked a few hundred, added sugar and gin and then patiently waited 2 months whilst giving the bottle a shake every so often. Then I can enjoy the sloe gin I created.
