For just £5, this is a bargain!

Good (effectively wired) PS3 controller plus an HDMI cable and spare trigger buttons.

Great as a spare, or if you're lucky enough to have a friend who'll play against you, a cheap 2nd controller.

Great price. Bargain at 12£ full price too. Not read reviews, but my more expensive and better gioteck controller was terrible

Was it? My wired Gioteck is fine. This is how I'd be using this, as wired.

Can you expand upon this?
What model was it?
What was the problem with it?

The battery life doesn't "stick" very long, also does run out fairly quickly when in use.

A heads up, it comes with a Bluetooth dongle for the controller, which you need to plug into the Ps3 , (i was a noob so -o thought that would connect directly to ps3)

And.. I did purchase this at £8 a while ago, so at 5, great deal

How about running the controller directly from the PS3 using the charge cable, making it a wired controller? Is your controller still working okay now after a few months?

Yeah it works fine with the cable, i haven't used the ps3 in a while, but the controller still worked as intended last time i used it.

I bought it for second player games, but my primary controller is the dualshock 3 - nicer hold and feel, and better battery.

Its a good buy, just don't expect it to be too similar to the official one

Ordered awesome find

They have the elite pack for £5 which comes with Bluetooth headset hdmi cable and wired controller. They had stock in my Tesco home plus but it was £15.

i cant recal the model but it was a black and red wireless for the ps3. it felt extremly light and the triggers were very hollow and narrow, making your fingers hurt. the fit in your hands was great though, very close to the 360 pad if anything just a tad smaller in the palms. i had to return mine as the deadzones were all over the place, returned the replacement one for a refund afterwards too.
