Make sure you size up on this had to get my 2 year age 3 and she won’t get much use out it’s tiny. Had to buy her a age 4 denim dress as the 2 and 3 were to small sizes are terrible.

Not as shiny as the picture, it has a tint of silver, that's the best description I can give and hope it helps.
