A time appropriate deal for many I suspect. These are the 16 hour 15mg patches (stage 1).

Appears to be out of stock online, but the Nottingham branches certainly appear well stocked - although I cannot vouch for anywhere else.

A moneysaving tip - when you are ready to move to stage 2, dont buy stage 2 patches, but continue buying stage 1 and cut them up accordingly into the size you want.

Another year another fix............diets, exercise,smoking..........the marketing people know us so well.

these are gr8 and worked for me 3 years now without one

Go to your doctor and ask for Zyban, it's definately the dogs whatsits!

Patches and gum worked for me too. Four years now :-D

I heard that if you just nick the skin at your temples and then stick them on they work best. Or is that LSD? Sounds a bit extreme either way. Zybans the best, if you can put up with 6 weeks of very little sleep. But it odes work.

Zyban, Bupropion hydrochloride - it's a funny drug, they won't allow it for it's original use (anti anxiety treatment) in this country/Europe because of the side effects, but it is licensed for anti smoking use - I suppose it could be cause smoking is such a killer, the side effects are justifiably worth the risk! :?

You don't need them, just stop smoking!!

Anti-anxiety??? It made me run around like a madman, sleep about 3 hours a night and generally be rather angry! Cant see how that would help anxiety myself... or maybe that was just the nicotine withdrawal..
