I just purchased a scratch and dent Inspiron from Dell with same spec for £800 with 2yrs nxt day support. Very tempting to cancel my order for this. but not sure how easy it is to pick up parts on ebay outside of warranty period

£800 for a scratch and dent inspiron with these specs is way too much mate. Pretty sure you can get it for that price on their main site brand new.

I just bought a certified refurb inspiron 7577 with a i7 7700, 16gb ram, GTX 1060 6gb, 128gb ssd + 1tb HDD for £820 yesterday. There is one on the the outlet store right now that's just as good as your specs for less ~£650.

Still not the best deal you could get if you are quick.

Sadly that link is a 1050ti. Think there is a fair difference between that and a 1060, even the 3gb version. Good processor though. Also 2x4gb ram, would be better with 1x8 for upgrading in the future.

They are definitely comparable though, the 1060 3gb is maybe only 5-10% better than the 1050ti, but it has a way better CPU. I don't even think the one I posted is that good of a deal, that's why it is still on the site. But its £100 cheaper than the one you ordered.
