We stayed in Carlton Meres, Saxmundham in one of these glamping pods during covid when we couldn't go abroad. Think it was 4 nights for £130. We were very lucky, and it was a fantastic time! They were fairly spread out so you didn't feel on top of one another, and facilities (showers, etc) were great, they had an indoors and outdoors pool, a pub of sorts, it was a really great break away. Beautiful lake and fields nearby. But those timber pods do get really hot in late spring/summer! Be warned!

    Doesn't work.

Booking is a bit of a pain as you tend to have to ring or email participating places.

Check the size of it, a lot of these are just a bed in a shed and nothing else. If that's what you want, great, but there's nothing glamorous about it. Personally, I'd rather book a travel lodge!

Glamorous CAMPING. Insulated, heated, dry. Definitely an upgrade from a tent.

Do you know how I can upgrade to a different pod with these vouchers?

    Be careful
I previously bought one night away after seeing a local one near me offering this deal. Contacted them and weekends was 2 nights minimum..... Didn't mention this at all on their site.

Premier Inn is roughing  it for me nowadays. Used to camp in the Gower with the kids but never more than 3 nights and the weather had to be good but I would always drive us home for a good shower and a sit down meal half way through (say 2 and half hours all in) then head back to the site ready and refreshed for the outdoors again.

These are absolutely tiny we have some at our campsite. OK for kids but pretty pointless in reality . Not sure why they couldn't make them double the size. (edited)
